Stéphane Boyer
Stéphane Boyer is the youngest elected mayor in the history of Laval. He was proclaimed "elected municipal official par excellence" in the 35 and under age group by the Union des municipalités du Québec in the spring of 2016, and identified as one of the 50 world leaders of tomorrow by the French diplomatic network in 2017. As an author, entrepreneur, politician and dedicated public figure, Mr. Boyer has already accumulated numerous achievements, including authoring a book on land-use planning, Des quartiers sans voiture, published this year.
